Indian captain Virat Kohli scored 453 runs in the five-match ODI series against the West Indies. The world record of making the most runs in the five-match Bi-Lattal ODI series is named after Pakistan’s opener Fakhar Zaman.

Fakhar had scored 515 runs in this five-match ODI series against Zimbabwe this year. Zimbabwe’s current captain Hamilton Masakadza scored 467 runs against Kenya in 2009. Kohli is the third in this list.

Former Pakistan captain Salman Butt scored 451 runs in a five-match series against Bangladesh in 2008.

Virat Kohli became Man of the Series 6 times in ODI. In this list, Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar is on top. Sachin 14, all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, named after Sikar King, has been chosen as Man of the Series in ODIs 7 times. Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly has won Man of the Series award six times.

India won the 8th bi-lateral series against the West Indies

This is the eighth consecutive Bi-Tall ODI series win against the Indian team’s West Indies. Team India has not lost an ODI series so far against the West Indies since 2007. Apart from this, India has not lost an ODI series since 2007.
